Air-Fried Banana Chips

A delightful and healthy snack made by air frying ripe bananas to create crispy, crunchy chips with less oil.

Ingredients

  • Ripe bananas (the riper, the sweeter!)

Instructions

  1. Slice the ripe bananas into thin, even pieces, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Place the banana slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Once golden and crispy, remove the banana chips from the air fryer and let them cool before serving.

Notes

Store cooled banana chips in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. They can last up to two weeks but are best enjoyed within the first few days.
