Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in the mug.
  3. Add water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth, adding chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  4. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, checking for doneness.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.

Notes
