Copycat Taco Bell Mexican Pizza

Enjoy a delicious, cheesy Mexican pizza right at home with this easy copycat recipe inspired by Taco Bell.

  • 2 crispy tortillas
  • 1 cup seasoned ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup green onions (optional)
  • Sour cream (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place one tortilla on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread half of the pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Top with 1 cup of seasoned ground beef.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
  6. Layer the second tortilla on top, then repeat the layers of sauce, beef, and cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Top with diced tomatoes, sliced olives, and green onions.
  9. Slice into quarters, serve hot, and optionally drizzle with sour cream.

Notes

Customize toppings with jalapeños, avocado, or beans for added flavor. Make it vegetarian by leaving out the beef and adding more vegetables.
