Creamy Cajun Crab Pasta Salad

  • 1 cup fresh crab meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the dressing, followed by crab meat, diced bell peppers, diced celery, and green onions. Gently fold to combine.
  4. Cover and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
