  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup creamy chipotle sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks and return it to the skillet.
  5. Add the creamy chipotle sauce and mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  6. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and fill them with the chicken mixture.
  7. Top each slider with shredded cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices.
  8. Cap with the top buns and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and buns are crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
