Easy Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until smooth.
  3. Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and pour the filling into it.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
  5. Once baked, let the pie cool completely before slicing.
  6. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
