Easy White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake

A delicious cheesecake combining the flavors of white chocolate and peanut butter, with a crunchy graham cracker crust and creamy filling.

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until creamy.
  5. Gently fold in whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Pour and smooth the filling over the cooled crust.
  7. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the filling.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Remove the cheesecake from the springform pan, slice, and serve.

Notes

For a decorative touch, consider adding chocolate shavings or fresh berries on top before serving.
