Garlic Butter Chicken Balls with Easy Creamy Pasta

A delicious and comforting dish combining juicy chicken meatballs with a rich, creamy sauce served over spaghetti or linguine.

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for frying)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for sauce)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (for sauce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (for sauce)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 12 oz spaghetti or linguine (cooked according to package instructions)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, the lightly beaten egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated and roll into small balls.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken balls for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
  3. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Toss the cooked spaghetti or linguine with the creamy sauce, then return the chicken balls to the skillet and mix everything together. Serve hot.

Notes

Garnish with freshly chopped herbs and serve with garlic bread or a side salad.
