Grilled Chicken Alfredo Pasta

A classic dish combining creamy Alfredo sauce with grilled chicken and fettuccine pasta, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken, slice into strips, and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
  6. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust thickness with pasta water if needed.
  7. Add drained pasta and grilled chicken to the sauce. Toss gently to combine.
  8. Serve hot with a garnish of fresh parsley.

Notes

Can be customized with vegetables like broccoli or spinach. Pairs well with garlic bread or salad.
