Ham and Spinach Frittata

A flavorful and protein-packed frittata made with ham and fresh spinach, perfect for any meal of the day.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil or butter.
  4. Add the diced ham and chopped spinach to the skillet, cooking for a few minutes until the spinach wilts.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and spinach. Gently stir to combine.
  6. Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set.
  7. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the frittata.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
