Holiday Turkey Stuffing Balls

Delicious bite-sized balls combining mashed potatoes, stuffing, and turkey, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups stuffing
  • 1 cup shredded turkey
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, stuffing, shredded turkey, grated Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well-combined.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp on the outside.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with gravy or cranberry sauce.

Notes

These stuffing balls can be prepared in advance and frozen for later use.
