Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots

  • 2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the prepared carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until thoroughly coated.
  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Once done, remove them from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
