  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup salami, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until smooth.
  2. Spread the Mixture: Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture over it, covering the edges.
  3. Layer the Ingredients: On top of the cream cheese, layer sliced pepperoni, salami, shredded mozzarella cheese, fresh spinach, and chopped roasted red bell peppers.
  4. Roll and Wrap: Roll the tortilla tightly, keeping ingredients inside. If preparing in advance, wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator.
  5. Slice and Serve: After chilling for at least one hour, slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pieces and arrange on a platter to serve.

Notes

Serve with dipping options like marinara sauce or ranch dressing. They can also be stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days or frozen for up to two months.
