Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf

A classic meatloaf recipe that combines simplicity and flavor, perfect for feeding the family or guests.

  • 2 pounds ground beef (preferably 80/20)
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix (1.5 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan or baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, and ketchup.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in the pan or on a baking sheet.
  4. Mix Worcestershire sauce with a little ketchup for the glaze and spread it on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best results. Let the meatloaf rest after baking to keep juices inside.
