Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Spread ranch dressing evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumb mixture on top of each chicken breast, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a crispy top, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of baking. You can also customize the spices or add vegetables to the baking dish for a complete meal.
