Melt-in-Your-Mouth Garlic Cheese Bread

  • 1 loaf Italian or French Bread
  • 0.5 cup Salted Butter (Melted)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 0.75 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly grated)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until evenly mixed.
  5. Spread the cheese-and-garlic mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. For an extra crispy topping, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
