A delightful no-bake cheesecake that captures the essence of a classic banana split, combining creamy textures with fresh fruits and chocolate sauce.

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  5. Add layers of sliced bananas, strawberries, and diced pineapple on top.
  6. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the first layer of fruit.
  7. Repeat layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with chocolate sauce on top.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Once set, slice and serve cold.
