No-Bake Chocolate Cherry Pie

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter and press firmly into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
  5. Pour the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer and spread it out evenly.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder just before serving, slice, and enjoy!
