No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

A rich and creamy dessert that combines peanut butter, chocolate pudding, and Oreo cookie crust—perfect for any occasion without the need to bake.

  • 1 package Oreo cookies, regular or double stuffed
  • ¾ stick butter, melted
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5.9 oz. instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk (or as indicated on pudding package)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and reserve 5 for topping.
  2. Mix the melted butter with Oreo crumbs and press firmly into a 9×13-inch pan to create the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in half of the Cool Whip, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until thick and creamy. Spread over the crust.
  4. Mix the milk with the instant chocolate pudding according to package instructions and let it sit until thick. Spread on top of the peanut butter filling.
  5. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the chocolate pudding layer.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreos on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For maximum flavor, chill overnight. Customize toppings as desired.
