Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt and mix until smooth.
  3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Arrange dough balls on the sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. Use a fork to create a crisscross pattern on each cookie.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
