  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced turnips and sliced carrots with butter and olive oil, mixing until coated.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried herbs; toss to ensure even distribution.
  4. Spread the seasoned vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
