  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini pretzels, crushed (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the peanut butter and softened butter in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed mini pretzels without overmixing.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, placing extra crushed pretzels on top.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
