Sausage Egg Bake

A quick and easy one-pan dish combining sausage, eggs, cheese, and hash browns, perfect for any meal of the day.

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned, and drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Grease a baking dish and layer hash browns evenly on the bottom.
  5. Spread cooked sausage over the hash browns.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing into squares and serving.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to five days or freeze for up to three months. Can be reheated in the microwave or oven.
