Southwest Grilled Chicken Wraps

A delicious and customizable wrap filled with grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy Southwest dressing, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons creamy Southwest dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas and warm them slightly in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Slice the grilled chicken and season it with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of creamy Southwest dressing on each tortilla.
  4. Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, and red onion over the dressing.
  5. Add the sliced grilled chicken evenly on top of the vegetables.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll from the bottom up to wrap it tightly.

Notes

These wraps are great for meal prep and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Customize with your favorite ingredients.
