Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowballs

Delightful little treats made with sweetened condensed milk and shredded coconut, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups finely shredded coconut (plus extra for rolling)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to mix the ingredients together.
  2. Slowly add the finely shredded coconut into the bowl and mix until fully coated.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  4. Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roll each snowball in extra coconut until fully coated.
  6. Refrigerate for another 15-20 minutes to set, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
