White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge

A delightful treat that combines creamy white chocolate with chewy dried cranberries, perfect for holidays or any sweet craving.

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, like pecans or almonds)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan by lining an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and greasing it lightly.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low to medium heat while stirring continuously.
  3. Once melted, remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract and pinch of salt. Add chopped nuts if using.
  4. Gently fold in the dried cranberries.
  5. Spread the fudge mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until set.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper edges and cut into squares to serve.
